Why there is no contact form
We prefer the phone and email. A form would mean collecting data about your legal situation in an intermediary system before any confidentiality relationship exists between us. The phone and email go straight to the lawyer, and professional secrecy applies from the first contact.

Should I call first, or can I come directly?
We recommend calling. The lawyers are often in court, and an unannounced visit risks costing you the trip for nothing. On the phone we also establish which documents to bring, so the first meeting is useful.
Which number should I call?
There are two numbers, one for each partner. If you already know what the matter is about, choose the one whose field fits. If not, call either one: we will point you in the right direction.
Do you answer emails?
Yes, at office@avocatidimofte.ro. For situations with short deadlines, such as an objection against enforcement or a public procurement challenge, the phone is safer, because we answer immediately.
Is the initial discussion confidential?
Yes. Professional secrecy applies from the very first contact, including if we do not conclude a legal assistance contract in the end. It is guaranteed by law and has no time limit.
