Current practice
The combination of the attorney qualification with the chartered accountant one is rare, and it changes how a tax case is handled. A tax inspection report is not fought only with arguments of law: most often, the weak point lies in the way the tax authority calculated the taxable base. When the same person can read both the administrative act and the accounting records behind it, errors surface at the objection stage, not two years into a trial.
His current activity covers tax and administrative litigation, criminal cases with an economic component and the legal analysis side of investment projects. He is a litigation attorney, so court representation holds a principal role, not a secondary one.
