What sets the firm apart
Law and numbers under one roof
The partner handling your case is both an attorney at law and a chartered accountant with an active tax consultancy licence. In a tax file, or in a criminal case with an economic component, the same person reads the inspection report and the accounting records behind it.
The conflict, at all three stages
Authorised mediator, litigation attorney and insolvency practitioner. We can try to settle before court proceedings, argue the case in front of the judge, and run the procedure that follows when a debtor can no longer pay.

How do I arrange a first discussion?
Call one of the two phone numbers or write to office@avocatidimofte.ro. Tell us briefly what the matter is about, so we can decide who of us will handle it and which documents you should bring to the first meeting.
Do you work with private individuals, or only with companies?
With both. Our services address private individuals as well as legal entities, public or private. Many of the areas we cover, from successions and debt enforcement to labour law, concern individuals first of all.
Do you take cases outside Galați County?
Yes. The office is in Galați, but representation is possible before any court in Romania. For files in other counties we agree in advance how travel is covered, so there are no surprises in the fee.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Every document you have related to the situation, even if it seems unimportant: contracts, notifications, decisions, correspondence, envelopes showing the date of service. In many cases a deadline runs from a date that is proven precisely by the envelope.
How much does it cost?
The fee is set individually, according to the complexity of the case and the chosen form of collaboration: hourly, fixed, retainer or with a success component. You receive an estimate at first contact, before any work begins.
