Current practice
The three qualifications cover the three moments of the same conflict. As a mediator, she can attempt the amicable solution before litigation exists. As an attorney, she argues the case in court when agreement is not possible. As an insolvency practitioner, she knows the procedure from the position where files arrive when the debtor can no longer pay.
Her current activity covers insolvency procedures, acting for debtors as well as creditors, objections to enforcement, commercial and civil litigation, and labour law cases. She is a litigation attorney, with a constant presence before the courts.
